For the fifth year, indieWIRE is polling more critics and bloggers from around the country on the best of the year in the categories: Best Film, Best Lead Performance, Best Supporting Performance, Best Director, Best Documentary, Best Screenplay, Best First Feature, and Best Undistributed Film.Last year, “Summer Hours” topped the indieWIRE survey, while in 2008,  “The Flight of the Red Balloon” was the pick for Best Film, and in 2007 voters chose “There Will Be Blood.”
